I started a little endurance race team with some friends and needed a way to get the racecar to the track. This seemed like the coolest way to do that. It came on stock 16's all the way around and I threw on the 22s and big brakes. I think I might need to go with a slightly lower profile tire because there are a few clearance issues... I don't see a lot of info on slammed one tons like this?

The Malibu isn't the endurance racer. That's a car I just picked up to tinker on.

Anyway, Hello everyone!

That's badass! Welcome! Lots of guys down south run setups like that, 6/8 on 22s on a dually is fairly common. You definitely need a lower profile tire though

Thanks!

The problem I ran into is the weight capacity dropped SIGNIFICANTLY just going from the 275/50 to a 275/45. Maybe I should just chance it.

I'm not well versed in it since I don't have one and haven't done the research but I know I see guys towing HEAVY on 22s and low pros alot. Maybe there's other brands or other sizes that are still heavy rated?
