Hello all, I've been restoring a 1984 Chevy K20 with my daughter for the past few years. We are currently replacing the brakes and brake lines and such. I took off the rear drums and noticed the parking brake assembly is totally gone. Got a parking brake cable kit off of LMC but it seems noone has the Parking lever that attaches to the brake shoe or any of the attaching hardware.

Does anyone know where I can find something like this. Tried all the online and local parts stores and nothing.

Thanks Much

Corey

Encountered this myself, it seems you're gonna have to checkout your local yards for the parking brake arm unfortunately.

i have a rusted assembly out of what i think is a 77.. not sure if it will work? I think they added a switch somewhere in 80s for if you left it engaged

I don't know the year range of the levers. I'm not finding much info really. Thanks for the offer, I may take you up on that.

they are able to be got new(the assembly) and it would prob work better than trying to re-rivet the lever. or used. the whole assembly is the BEST bet but my option is open, im not gonna use it lol if needed and will work
