Why does my 1984 c15 have a oil pressure switch and and oil pressure sending unit? The one down by the oil filter is hooked up and the one behind the distributor is not hooked up, broken wire. Can’t find the tan wire that it came detached from. Oil pressure gauge reads 60 psi in the truck or not. Power on off. Does not matter. Is it possible that someone could not get the manifold one off and put the other in and that is why the gauge does not work? Fresh oil and is at correct level. I am at a loss and any help would be great. First square body.
