NP 208-700r4...what gasket do i need??

gasket needed is for the area in red

the gasket that goes between the 700r4 adapter and the t-case itself...it has 6 bolt holes...i need it but couldn't find it in any book or on the computer @ NAPA today...

does anyone know what its called or where it can be ordered separately from an entire rebuild or gasket kit?

i guess it would go between the input on the t-case and the adapter?

I've just seen RTV used there.

^^what he said. I dont recall a gasket there when I swapped my tranny. Im pretty sure I used RTV.

there is a gasket made for it, dont know what the part number is. Only time i seen it was a few timesive had 1 in the rebuild kit.

But as mentioned. RTV Black is what i always use. just put a bead around the adapter then smeart it all in with your finger

83k5..I just saw that page about an hour before I logged on here ...what'd the difference between that gasket ans the 331304A...it says various ...does that mean its all possible gaskets to go between the trans and t case?

Did you find it on the macko website or a third party? On the macko site it lists for 2.46
