So I found this tool. It was given to me many years ago at a bachelor party. I finally figured out what it's for. You ever had those tight as hell heater or radiator hoses to where you could hardly get the hoses over the lips to get a hose clamp on? Well, there's such thing as a hose spreader.

Yeah, with the right kind of lube maybe

It comes with lube. Says, for best results, heat in hot water for 5-10 minutes before use.

That looks eerily similar to what the IRS uses to find more money from tax payers.

I think you might be right, but the IRS version is made of splintered wood, and doesn't come with lube.

Pretty sure they use balsa wood specifically. It makes it easier to break it off.
