Looks like I will be needing some rust repair panels. Inner rocker on driver side is rotted by the seat and there is some rust in the seams around the driver kick panel. All the supports look good and only the passenger side floorpan has any rot. It's pretty thin in a couple spots. For this winter I'm going to POR 15 the floor and just deal with it being loud and not as warm as it should be. Vice wasting money on sound deadening and carpet to take all back out in 4 months. Lol.

Cut out the rust on the cowl yesterday evening. Will cut a patch panel out of the old cab and weld it in when I get another dry day that I get off work before dark. Or Saturday.

This was caused by failed seam sealer. Leaking into the heater box and onto the passenger floor pan. Rotting it to the point where it too needs replaced.

Someone in the past used blue RTV to seal it then painted it over. Pressure washer reveales all.

Got new radiator, headlight switch, wiper motor, and ignition switch today. Hopefully I can start working on installing the new painless performance harness tomorrow after work.
