Hey guys i'm new on here but read a lot of the threads here. figured id join in, i picked up my latest addition about on June 29th 2017 s roughly 9 months ago. swapped everything from my beat up 83 K5 and did some major upgrades as well. at the moment its down for a clutch after pulling 3 rigs out this last weekend. Throw-out bearing got wet and took the clutch with it when it finally seized. So i am now in the process of rebuilding the 454 this winter and may or may not do an automatic its nice having the 4 speed since i drive through rivers and such also if starter goes i can be pull started so may also look into doing a 5 speed swap. I dont know yet, maybe some info on from you guys on strength of those things. I really push my rig hard and dont know if one would hold up.

Welcome, Super T10 with a divorced 205 or 208. That’s always been a favorite to try of mine. Maybe someday I’ll do it.

Honky Kong jr The super T10 doesnt have the granny gear that i want when im out and divorced t cases in tall short wheel base is a no go.... well atleast on mine i tried it already. i wish it would have. a lot more options that way.

Yeah you have a short wheel base. I don’t crawl so the T10 thing would work for me lol
