:welcome: from N.E. Texas! Good looking truck. Check your return spring on the carb, if it has two take one off.

Truck has TBI. Dunno if that makes a difference or not. I'll look into the springs soon. Thanks.

I took my truck to a shop to have them check out the exhaust, found out it already has true-dual exhaust installed. However, the flanges are shot allowing exhaust to escape. Kinda wet underneath, too. Looks like either pan or crank seal is leaking and maybe the powersteering pump. It ain't leaking bad enough to drip on the ground though.

Where can I find a pre-buolt exhaust kit for a truck w/o cats? Thanks!

The best thing to do IMO is just got to an exhaust shop and have them put one together for you unless you know how to weld and have access to exhaust pipe. It's a pretty straight forward process and should take an exhaust shop at most a couple of hours to do.
