This will be my first square body in probably 20 years. But I've had more than a few.
1986 c20 with a 350/th350 2wd.
She's a custom deluxe. Little rust. Lot of patina. No plans other than make it functionally better
Being an 86 it's chock full emissions. A previous owner removed a ton. But not well. So I'll throw and Edelbrock 2101 on it to get rid of all the crap attached to the manifold. It has a rebuilt q-jet on it. I'll leave that alone as long as it works.
The exhaust manifolds have all the air ports welded shut. So I'll throw some long tubes on and get the jack job exhaust removed.
It needs a carrier bearing soon. Which from my limited research is less fun than it sounds.
I don't pick it up until tomorrow so here's a few pics from the ad.
I'll get rid of that lame front plate. Washington allows for year of manufacture plates for classics so I'll get some 1986 plates.
It has a tape deck and an uncut dash so I wanna find another tape deck for it.
