When you say "long light bulb," which light bulb are you referring to? Headlight? Interior dome light? Side marker light? Either way, it sounds like there's an incomplete ground somewhere since you've tested the socket. We just need to know which bulb it is so you can get a wiring diagram applicable to the area of the vehicle you're working on.

Headlight Hi bulb, i mean:). Low and high works anyway, but Hi-bulb stay glowing after change to Low . And that current which is Hi bulb(apro 2V) , keep missing into Low beam,(current 10,8-11....V)

Oh..... I thought you were saying that you were having some sort of undervolt at your harness. My bad. Your question was answered in the second thread you posted. Hopefully you can get it fixed. I'll also attach a thread that started a few years ago. I doubt you have converted your truck to H4 or whatever, but this sounds like it sort of mirrors your situation. If you have stock sealed beams, disregard.
