I want to lift my 87 r10 2wd. Only 2 to 4 inches. Just like the look of it. I was wondering if the rear leaf springs are the same on k10s as c10s I know the hangers are different but as for the spring itself is it different. I would like to just by a set of lift springs instead of blocks seems much safer to me for a daily

Blocks on the rear are perfectly fine for a daily driver and come stock on a lot of new vehicles. You do NOT want to use blocks on the front.

Only wait you can lift the front is either with springs or aal.

For the front I'm gonna convert it to 88-98 lift spindles and c30 lower control arms and I was just wondering if k10 lift springs would work on the rear instead of blocks

A body lift is always an option? Id rather go suspension myself, but a body lift is probably the cheapest way to lift a c10

K10's use 52" springs in the rear. Measure yours (along the arc I believe). If they're close, you'll be fine using a lift spring in the rear.

A shackle flip could be an option too
