My overload spring did that
But really only when it was raining out and I believe it was my front ones to they take a little more side to side force

Yea i swapped my 94 burban leafs for a "same age" 3/4 ton pack put in under my main leaf with 3" blocks plus a rough country add a leaf i got SUPER cheap from a co worker but the add a leaf broke and walked so i used them to keep my tire from puncture.
