1986 c 10 fire wall junction block heater wire bolts to passenger side drivers side stud has one wire and what appears to be a fuse link with two wires coming tp splice and fuse link bolted to stud what wires feed to fuse link tried to wire with out fuse link . my ign back feeds truck will not shut off. ideas thanks
