Yes. LMC has them. I believe the local parts stores can get them too. In chrome or black.
If you have the cruise one just pull it out and stick in the non cruise one. You can cut the wires or unplug them at the bottom of the column and then pull out the wires too.
The cruise is operated by the wires running down the column.
