I think I finally have most of the rot out. I was NOT expecting this much when I started lmao. Got the first cab mount bushing out and a bunch of new panels from LMC here

Next part will be to clean up as much of the surface rust I can still see and spray it down with some rust converter and then see if I can’t figure out how the hell these panels fit together. I’m so done with drilling spot welds! Screw that
