Hi. I have an 87 that has an electric fuel pump. Single tank. I have low fuel pressure. 5psi at the tank when I turn the key on. I have tried to test voltage but not sure if Im doing it right. Probe in the wires coming to the pump read 8 volts when I turn the key on. Should it be 12 at least?
