How Do I swap my 1985 c10 grille to a 88-91 suburban?

Okay if you're looking for a plug and play harness I can't help. But reworking what you have should be real easy. Ground your headlights to the core support, Grab a test light the wires that light your light when the headlights are on connect them to the new headlight. The wires that light the test light in high beam mode connect to your high beams. The wires that light the light when light switch is in first position hook to the parking lights. The ones that blink with the key on turnsignal right or left connect to the turn signal bulbs.

The big one
im going the other way, 90 to 85ish from the maddeningly small 4 lights to the big rectangles. you repin them.

I had done the high beam relay to keep the low beams on when going to high so you have a fighting chance to see at night., in your case you need to buy some harness ends if you have the 2 light. if you have the 4 light...repin.

Search the junk yards for a wrecked 1989-91 crewcab, Jimmy, Blazer, and Suburban. As long as you get the 4 headlight system lights, it should unbolt from the firewall fuseblock connector. Remove your 1985 forward light harness then plug in the newer 1989-91 harness.

BAM. Your done.

Or you can buy 1989-91 headlight pigtails and splice them into your stock 1985 wiring harness....

I ended up splicing mine after comparing both harnesses and I did not take notes but remember there was a minor difference between the two.
