How big of a camper can i install?

Hello,

I have a 78 C10 with the Inline 6. I am thinking about installing a smaller pop up camper on it. I was wondering how heavy of a camper i can comfortably install?

The camper i am looking at is 1600 lbs empty.

Are you towing it or is it a slide in? You might need to add helper springs.

What's your GCVW? Should be located on the driver's door sill.
