She's fine just needs a lil touch up, add some wider more aggressive tires, change the bumper.

it's gonna need either serious repair or a whole new bed before I start worrying about aesthetics. The whole bed floor is gone..I am thinking about just making a floor for it out of diamond plate though.

I'd ditch my bed, in favor of a flatbed. Or like some or rat rod trucks semi truck looking beds. The braces that run across the bottom of mine are rusted off.

I really like the wider steelies and caps bucket. I hope to go with that look on my truck some day.

Similar shot to show the difference in my skinny steelies....

Hey that's a good comparison! I really like the wider rims too, I think mine are a little over 8 inches wide. There were wider versions too (9.75") but they are less common and classic truck restorers tend to pay a lot of $ for them. So they are hard to find and usually expensive when you do.

Damn it! I've go no pics of my Grandad's old 86 C30 Scottsdale Camper Special Dooley. Black with running boards, cab clearance lights, bumper corner lights, Paw Paw running boards all the way back to the dually fenders with running lights. Red interior, No AC, big tripod mirrors, 454 with the factory headers and TH400.
