I just installed a sniper 2 and the first time I tried to start it it wouldn’t start first thing I looked for was fuel pressure at the regulator and it was at 0 psi I have been fooling around with it all day and I am getting fuel but it still shows no fuel pressure and there isnt a lot of fuel. Any ideas.

Are you using the fuel pump and regulator that came in the kit or your own parts?

Have you ran the wizard so it has a program in it? It won't turn on the pump relay if you haven't ran the wizard.

What regulator are you using? Are the lines ran to it correctly?

If your pump is running an you have flow out of the feed line then its either got to be a bad reg or it isn't plumbed right. They come pre set to 58 iirc. Double check your routing an connections.

How long have you had the regulator? There was an issue with some from 2024 that they did a recall on.

Well it could still be a bad pump too. If it's plumbed correctly you can try pinching off/blocking the return an see if it'll build pressure then

The regulator has an "IN" port, an "OUT" port and a "RETURN" port.

Properly plumbed the fuel should come from the fuel filter to one of the sniper ports, out of the other sniper port to the "IN" port of the regulator. The "OUT" port should be capped and the "RETURN" should go back to your tank.

The port designations are cast into the body of the regulator, make sure your going in on the right port, an back to the tank on the return.
