Help with service parts identification label

I want to get this truck painted how it was originally. Can anyone help me with figuring out the original paint scheme?

Original paint scheme doesn't appear to have changed.
Base color is #81 (Cordova Brown Metallic)
Conventional two-tone (ZY2) means just the top and back of the cab were painted a different color which on your truck was #60 Santa Fe Tan. (A-pillars remained Cordova)
Lettering on the tailgate was white.

I was thinking that there would have been tan on the sides of the body also?

Would these be original pinstripes?

No tan on the sides at all. Don't know about the pinstripe, have to see what others say about it.

Did a little more research and the only pinstriping available in '79 was on trucks that had the RPO Z77 Sport Option. It was listed as "Multi-toned decal striping on front fenders, cab and pickup body sides, hood and tailgate, with Chevy Sport lettering over rear wheel openings." In other words, not what you have on yours.

I used to work at an Oldsmobile dealership and it was common for them to take low optioned vehicles that weren't moving and add some pinstripes, custom wheels, or a vinyl top to dress them up some. Your Custom Deluxe probably got a similar treatment when it was new.
