Heater box refresh with pics

On tangent #24 of my EFI conversion project (https://www.gmsquarebody.com/threads/82-c10-efi-conversion-project.46791/) I thought I needed to remove the heater box case to avoid hitting it with a holesaw to make a firewall opening for the harness directly above. Hind sight being 20/20, I probably didn't need to remove it. But glad I did, gave me a chance to take care of some issues. Went ahead and freshened up the foam seals, new heater core, an iffy actuator for the blend door and fixed the broken plastic clip on the blend door all these trucks have.

New UAC heater core: (the original brass one was leak free, but didn't want to push my luck with a 40+ year old core)

The blend door actuator was sketchy and would barely move, so found a replacement on classic truck parts, all actuators working good now.

Main reason I felt I needed to pull the box, was to make sure I didn't break it while running the new harness into the cab:

Mine was puking foam "snot" so it was a must fix when I tore into the rad.
And I didn't trust the 46 yo heater core either.
Not that tough, just a bit awkward.
