healights dont work on my 76 c10

sup fellas, have a 76 c10 long wheels base. yeah nobody likes those much but my baby is pretty sweet! will put up a pic later.. ok so theres a few problems i need to fix but one that i cant seem to find the problem is the headlights! my park lights/blinkers in the grill turn on(BTW PREVIOS OWNER PUT A 87 FRONT END WITH BILLET INSERT). what are some things to look for!

check for power to and out of the dimmer switch on the floor. It should be a light blue wire coming from the headlight switch
