Hey all. I’ve got a 84 c10 cab on a 74c10 everything else. I’m having issues with the headlight wiring. I have everything hooked up as I think it should be according to what I know. My question is on the headlamps when I put the wire either green or tan for brights/lows to the harness it powers the ground as well and the lights do not work. Any ideas appreciated

@lee1984c10 , green is for high beams , tan for low beams and black is ground.
On the headlight plug green on right side at 3 o’clock tan on top or 12
O’clock and black at 9 O’clock

glad I went out and took a picture, one of my make shift crimps is not secure. Gonna have to redo that this week.
