Fuel gauge moves around while driving

Between the nuts and the resistor. You're trying to make better contact with the resistor.
You can also lightly use a pink pencil eraser to clean off any corrosion without damaging the resistor.

Do all the instrument cluster lamps and other gauges work normally?

Yes, all gauges work. Just have the movement in fuel gauge. Do not know yet if there is a resistor on the original gauge. Have not had it out to find out yet, but intend to soon.
