My front drive shaft is a little short for my 8" lift. I went to mock it up and found that the transfer case support wont let the shaft angle enough to come inline with the diff. Is there an adaptor/spacer that I can get to get this to work? It has a 350ci with a 700r4, np208. :help:

I believe some lift kit suppliers do sell a spacer which will help the issue clearing the crossmember, and help the length issue, but may reduce your running angle. Do you wheel the truck or is it mostly street use? If you wheel it you need to have a new one made.

I would still want the input of a reputable driveline shop though. A spacer might get you there as far as it reaching the front axle but first time you hyper extend it, next thing you know you need to do what needed to be done first time around. They'll have you take a couple measurements and then they can make you a driveshaft that will work properly. As far as the crossmember you can heat that lip with a torch then put a large crescent wrench or pipe wrench on it and bend it down enough for clearance, it shouldn't need much.
