I got a set of el cheapo shocks from 4 wheel offroad with boots and they are about 4 years old and work really well in fact so well its almost painful at times!

Boots are the key to long lasting shocks

Have a link?

Any advice on a stabilizer, mine is bent. PO must of hit something hard because the cross member that holds transmission was bent back about 3 inches! After struts I think I will need ball joints, but will go for an alignment check first.

Overall this truck will probably only get driven 5000/yr. Its just too expensive for my 82 mile/day commute, but cheap & good anything for parts is fine with me!

Do i need to raise the truck to swap them out? Never done plain shocks, lots of macphersons, but never regular shocks

Are the Magnums black? They are a noticeably better valved shock than the Monroe Blue.

The shocks do not hold your truck up, like a MacStrut does. You will giggle about how easy it is to switch them out. Nothing will fly out at you or kill you.

Sweet!

They are yellow, and the specs make then sound like a bigger/better shock than the blue ones
