Early sm465 to np208?

So I'm trying to get my truck together in time for the Shin Pond Squarebody Rally here in Maine. I have a 74 k20 with an sm465. I'd like to swap the engine, and sm465 into my 82 k20, but bolt it to the np208 thats in the 82.

Is it possible, and what adapter do I need? I know the transmission will have the 10 spline output. I'm assuming the 208 must have the 32 spline input shaft.

The current setup in the 82 is a turbo 400 mated to the 208.

A 465 /208 combo will have a long 32 spline tailshaft in the trans and it would have a tall style adapter with a round bolt pattern on the tcase side.

I do not know of any way to use the 74 trans without a tailshaft swap and sourcing the correct adapter.
