How do you install the pockets in the door panels, they come with two larger plastic black screws, two white plastic squares, and two smaller metal screws with washers. Any help?

The plastic screws aren't screws, they are push-in clips.

The clips hold the bottom of the pocket to the door, the screws hold the upper portion of the pocket to the door. The plastic squares push into the matching holes in the door panel, the metal screws thread into them. If you currently have no holes in the panel, the plastic squares can be deleted.
