dome light bulb part # 1983 chevy k10

I am looking for a part # for the over head interior lamp bulb . It has a socket with 2 contacts like a 1157 bulb. But it has one philament in it It needs power and ground . Its not the long bulb it shows on line.

I think that the dome light style changed in 1985. After that it took a tube type (211-2).

1004 is definitely the correct one. For some reason a lot of part stores show the tubular dome light that the newer trucks have. I had fun trying to figure it out.... Rock Auto is actually the site that showed me what bulb to use.
