Dodge Bench Seat in my 83 K10?

So my girl's step dad has a 78 Dodge Powerwagon. Thing is clean and has a black vinyl bench seat in 10/10 condition. My K10 has a red bench seat which is not the original (my truck is a brown color). Question is: Would that be extremely hard to swap? 78 Powerwagon to 83 Chevy K10?

Just use the bench seat brackets you have and make a frame.
