Find somebody with a bead breaker. Like a semi tire shop.

I use a handy man jack

this video shows how but never do it like him with a tire off that's just stupid a hi lift jack is dangerous in perfect conditions.

and use the front of a truck its heavier

and block both the rear tires from both ways front and rear it minimizes the chance of the truck moving.

Would an old bumper jack work from a 70 caddy?

You can try running them over with a truck too. Just lay one down and drive right up onto the sidewall, close to the rim.

1 piece of 2x4 about 3-4" long
1 piece of 2x4 about 3-4' long

Place 3-4" piece height wise on the bead area then use the 2 second piece as a cantilever and use your bumper as the pivot point.
