I think we had that issue a while back with 1 or 2 folks. It's ridiculous that they can't reply though. 
I don't remember if HR was ever to actually fix the issue for those folks or not.

Yeah, iirc @HotRodPC was able to get it fixed for them. May be the same issue here.
