Picked this years ago. It comes with the carb, quadrajet/spreadbore adaptor plate, screws and the throttle cable bracket.
I know nothing about this carb other than it is dirty and will need a kit. It has been in this box, on a shelf in my shed for quite a few years. It does have the electronic choke option.
Asking $100.00 and postage. USPS priority works best for me. Unless Your preferences is other than that. UPS and FedEx are farther away and limited on their hours of intake.

That's the exact same carb I have on the 454 in my blazer. Very good carburetor.

Thats because its not a holley!! Lmao
I think I have one of those over in the shed too.
Maybe I should go see what it is. It was in with a box full of carbs a guy gave to me when He was doing a major cleanout in his shop.
I dont know if it is a double pumper though.
I also have a Carter, IIRC, that has the hoof governor option hooked to it. Two barrel made for a truck of some vintage or another.

What is a hoof governor?
It is a governor that is a part of the carb. I’m not real familiar on how they actually function as there is no engine speed device attached to it. It must sense the velocity of air passing through and partially close off the throttle plates as it sees fit.
I have never had the opportunity, nor the desire, to tear into one.
I do know, if a person is doing a total and accurate restoration on about a 1969 or so larger truck that had one of these governor systems from the factory, and their carb does not have it, this then could be a valuable item to someone.
