So I've recently bought a 84 c10 shortbox and I got a fairly strong 350 for it. Has a few bolt on upgrades such as longtubes with collector extensions, carb high rise intake.... And what I'm wondering is how much harder will the traction bars that were installed by the previous owner make it to roast the tires? It has a 10 bolt rear end with posi and 3.73s what do you guys think?

It will make it easier, because you won't be getting spring wrap and wheel hop all over the place...

I hsd some on my truck back in the 80's, it made for a much smoother burnout.
