Buzz from engine with key on

I turn the key without starting and I get a very loud buzz... sounds like it's coming from the distributor area. Starts up fine but I can't have this mystery buzz. Any input would be great thanks

Fuel pump relay. Mine buzzes whenever I insert the key into the ignition
