The only thing the headlights and turn lights have to do with the cluster is the indicator lights- but their paths don’t really cross other than possibly sharing the same ground (blk-150) from the indicator lights. Brights -lt grn-11 wire- splits at bulk head and goes to cluster (to brights indicator lights) & headlights. Right turn signal-dk blu-15 wire - splits at bulk head and goes to cluster (to right indicator light) & right front turn signal.

I agree with the other folks that are saying to check your grounds. It may be worth checking the dash ground bus which is behind the cluster/above the parking brake. I had a single wire break on mine and it cause some crazy behavior from the lights and blinkers.
