Bought a tach... Where should i mount it? Anyone have a ontop dash mounted one? Any pics?

I was thinking towards the center of the truck where the dash drops toward the pass side.

I think if its near the pillar it would be too much of a visual obstruction.

I've got mine by the pillar, I love it there. It's a smaller tach though.

I have a 5" monster near the pillar in my burb. While i dont mind it you do have to get used to it cause it does block a lil bit. In my 86 pickup i had it in the middle where it drops down and it was best there. Even though u had to look over a lil bit it was completly out of the way. Only reason i did it differant in the burb was i put my cb on the dash in the middle.... hope this helps

Thats where mine is at. Ill post pics in the morning when sun comes up. Urs looks good there but with a 5" tach and shift light it blocks a bit more than the 3 3/8 do.
