Probably a completely different animal, but when I had blown head gaskets on my 6.2 diesel, it would blow coolant out of the radiator when i revved the motor with the cap off. Lots of big bubbles just idling. If you're only seeing a few small bubbles & the engine doesn't have much run time, I'd caulk it up to air in the cooling system - it can take quite a while for all of it to purge.

Alright, been few days since I could work on truck, in the meantime I ordered one of those cheapo borescopes that I got off the intraweb. $35.
So , looked at it today and and took some pictures. If I can figure out how to post them, I will. Hard to get a shot of the entire piston head in one shot , ,but I didn’t see any pooling of coolant and couldnt find any running down cylinder walls. But some look wettish in the center, some look really clean. Any thoughts ?
