Probably a completely different animal, but when I had blown head gaskets on my 6.2 diesel, it would blow coolant out of the radiator when i revved the motor with the cap off. Lots of big bubbles just idling. If you're only seeing a few small bubbles & the engine doesn't have much run time, I'd caulk it up to air in the cooling system - it can take quite a while for all of it to purge.

Alright, been few days since I could work on truck, in the meantime I ordered one of those cheapo borescopes that I got off the intraweb. $35.
So , looked at it today and and took some pictures. If I can figure out how to post them, I will. Hard to get a shot of the entire piston head in one shot , ,but I didn’t see any pooling of coolant and couldnt find any running down cylinder walls. But some look wettish in the center, some look really clean. Any thoughts ?

So I saw a video on the Youtube where a guy was testing for head gasket leak by taking out spark plugs and putting one at a time back in, turning motor over with key , radiator cap off, and looking for bubbles in radiator. This was to also pinpoint which cylinder was leaking by doing one at a time. The car he was doing it on had a known blown gasket, 2 of the cylinders shot water out of the radiator.
So I tried this on my truck and didnt get a single bubble to come up.
My question is , does this sound like a true method for testing? It seemed to work when he did it. If so , I may be lucky and not have blown head gasket. Thanks to everyone

You may not have a blown head gasket. Which is why several posts back I recommended an oil change, drive it and look for symptoms. Also recommended compressed air in cylinders one at a time as this would introduce far more air than cranking the engine will.
