Only one I know of is this floor only model:

I've looked all over and ends up being a custom-made setup, or buying buckets.

A very used but original one of these came up at a local auction, but someone wanted it more than my pocketbook would allow. I'll build or buy a metal dash mount instead because I need my coffee in the morning...

When I had a bench seat pickup before getting the Suburban, I made my own using a small plastic tote box from Lowes (one of those black ones with the yellow lid, used the really small size one). Cut a couple slots in 2 corners of the shorter side, and used the middle seat belt to secure it in, then I could attach whateven I wanted to the lid for cupholders, arm rest pad, etc. Pretty home-brew looking but it worked, gave me an armrest and a drink holder, plus a place to put all the little loose stuff that just rolled around on the floor otherwise.
