I bought their "plug n chug". It is well built and looks good in the ash tray hole.

Fwiw, I had one of these in the last truck I had, good quality, comes with a strap to secure it to the seat. Not cheap though. I got the one I had through amazon.

https://www.cupholdersplus.com/

Ordered some free color samples from them today to try and match the blue 80's interior of my C20 Suburban. They say 10-12 weeks on delivery for a console. Pricey and a long wait, but I don't see many options out there for a bench seat console.

Something like this?
That's the one I like. Never had to strap mine down on my last truck, but it won't work with a 465 because reverse is so far back.

I gotten a few bought ones back in the day and they were ok. I decided with this truck to custom make one. Happy I did fits way nicer and only costed me 50 bucks. It has cup holders now in the front but they only fit pop cans but if I pull them out my coffee cup fits.

I'll be making my own. I don't see anything premade that I really like. I have a OEM late 80's one for bucket seats that I'll modify to sit on my bench. I'm skeptical about cupholders. I think my K20 is going to turn them into rocket launchers.

Get a little drunk and say that a few times real fast and your friends look at you funny.

Not a console/ armrest but pretty sure I am going to be buying the cup holder from atomic armadillo fab. It mounts on the seat and and rides down in front of the seat bottom. It will also hold the switches for the seat heaters and usb port for the phone charger. I had the upholstery shop make a matching pillow to use as an armrest for cruising.

@Bennyt I'd be interested in the brand of seat heaters you got, plus a little info on how hard they were to install.

Thanks. I thought I had a few more pictures of me building but I guess not. Its got half inch foam on the sides and the top has some memory foam on it. Took some time to get the right curve to fit the seat good but with that little tung at the back it tucks in the seat nice. Here's a few more pictures of it with the cup holders. Wish they were bigger but its all I could find at the moment. The top vinyl has ripped up now from my elbow so would like to find some cloth to match my new door panels cloth to put on there.

I need to get one. Tired of my spit bottle rolling forward or to the other side of the truck.
