anyone know axle codes on the 14b FF

mine says KUM G1891 prev owner of my truck said they are 4:56 gears but i don't believe it is. the rear is a open differential and when i turn the back wheel once the drive shaft turn 4 times .

If it is open diff be sure to have one tire on the ground, and when you spin the one off the ground, count the driveshaft spins and I think you divide the number by 2. 4.56 would be about 9 turns of the driveshaft.
