Any tips on bettering my a/c? It's just a single cab 350. It's been recharged and everything, just not very powerful. Don't know anything about A/C but would a bigger blower help?

Just remove the blower and clean the interior of the box and CAREFULLY clean the squirrel-cage.
A single drop of oil at the end of each motor shaft and you should be good to go.

If the only problem is air flow out the driver's side vent, make sure the hose with the green arrow is connected at both ends and has not slipped off.
