I am currently doing the infamous 305 TBI to 350 TBI engine swap. My question is--can I replace my 305 injectors for 350 injectors and not change anything else on the TBI like (sensors)? I was looking on ebay for parts and found (5) 350 TBI inj. sensors. I am sure someone has completed this swap before....

You don't NEED the chip, but it is a good idea.

Welcome to GMSB 87Low and Mike. As bucket says, you don't have to reprogram the chip, but it would be nice so the 305 will know how to handle the added fuel. You might run a bit rich if you don't, or maybe your advance can be tuned up a lil better. That's my understanding anyway.

Welcome to the forums! you will need the 350 injectors, and a computer chip for the 350. The injector flow rates are set in the chip.
you will also need the 350 knock sensor.

I'd get it running right before doing the swaps though. If it's running that bad, it could be something that's not related to the typical tune up parts and it would continue to rob your new performance as well.

Done the swap 23 times...cars and trucks. you will need the chip, injectors, and the knock sensor. All specific to the 350.

oh yes, i almost forgot.. you will need the knock module as well, it's AC Delco part#21647.
