Yes, thankfully. I would have blown a gasket as nice as the tire shop and summit support was during the whole thing if I had gotten a second one with an issue.

Not surprised one of my front wheels was outta round it looked fine till they spun it on the balancer, and it moved side to side about, and inch and quarter. Summit sent me a new one in 2 days and a UPS label via email.

Hopefully the replacement drum they send you is good to go.

Quality control doesn't exist anymore. I'm hoping they will be able to find me a replacement, and it better be straight. I found a store in their network that has one in way northern New Hampshire that I told them about. Worst case they refund me the bad one and I get one from Summit. But my OCD will not like knowing they are mismatched brands haha.
