5.3 died, wont fire

ok ls guys, i can hear the fuel pump, itl sputter on ether, so i kno i have spark, the only thing i can think of is the fuel pressure regulator?? all the vacuum lines going to it are in tact. HELP!!!

so i took the fuel line apart, the pump comes on, but not pumping any fuel. thats a first for me i thought they either turned on, and worked or were burned out. oh well

not a fuel pump, but the washer pump on my truck turned on and sounded like it was working, but nothing would come out either.

The vanes burn up if they run dry too long.
