3 Speed on the column adjustments?

Hello everyone. I have a 4.1 250ci engine with a 3 speed on the column. Been trying to find any info on adjustments with no luck. Just looking to get rid of the slop in the levers on the steering column tube that is pictured below. Thanks!

Looks like the shift rod bushings are shot.

I posted a youtube link somewhere on this site last night on how to adjust the linkage but can't find it now. Once I do I will let you know. It's really easy, and makes shifting a whole lot easier, and it akes maybe 10 minutes to do it.

That is different than mine setup...

It was different than mine too but mine shifts like warm butter now.
