2wd th350 in place of 4wd 700r4

Got that transfer case picked up. He ended up not having the support rod, but he did have the adapter like he said. Apparently he also had the W style crossmember WITH the skid plate, I didn’t even care that he didn’t have the support rod after seeing he had that stuff lol. It’s pretty damn dirty but everything looked ok.

Anybody have some pictures of how this style crossmember bolts in?

For a cool $100 I can’t complain. Now I can get this transfer case and the th350 cleaned up and put in fresh seals and then get them mated together while I wait for the 700 to die lol. Then I can just swap the new assembly in.
