In my area, a crack in the windshield, or window "eyebrow" tint, cannot block the windshield wiper's path of view for state inspection.

Well, good luck on the sale DV8! I definitely hope that this truck sells before your project. I wanna see you finish that project out. I've been keeping my eye on it ever since you came to this site and it is on it's way to being one insane square!! I'd hate to see it become another project that never was completed
